On December 6, Korean media reported that BTS’s V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie had ended their relationship after more than a year of dating. The news of the couple’s breakup just before V enlists in the military took fans by surprise.
Previously, both YG and HYBE neither confirmed nor denied the dating rumors between Jennie and V. Now, despite the news of this breakup, both agencies seem reluctant to comment, said TV Report.
According to TV Report, YG previously confirmed that Jennie, alongside other BLACKPINK members, have renewed their exclusive contracts with the agency, adding that “It is difficult to confirm (the comeback schedule and contract period)”.
